∎ Candidates must possess a GPA of minimum 4.50 (in the scale of 5.00) in both SSC & HSC and CGPA 3.50 (in the scale of 4.00) in B.Sc Eng. in Civil Engineering from any Public University. Candidates having M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering shall be given preference.
∎ Candidates with M. Phil, Ph. D, experience in teaching & Publication will get preference.

∎ Hands: on computer literacy.
∎ Good presentation and counseling skills.
∎ Interest for research, Publication and Extracurricular activities.
