∎ B. Sc. In Industrial & Production Engineering from BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the Organization towards Lean Management.
∎ Implement Kaizen, Poka Yoke Improvement tools.
∎ Leads and designs Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization.
∎ Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
∎ Employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ An Industrial & Production Engineering is Must
∎ Six Sigma Certification will be an added advantage
∎ Knowledge of TQM will be an added advantage
∎ Must be conversant with Statistical Process Control.
Salary:
∎ Not a concern for deserving candidate.
