∎ Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil l with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in the construction sector.
∎ Diploma in Civil with at least 07 years’ experience as an instructor in a skills training institute, or they should have 07 years’ working experience in industry.
∎ Working experience in skills development project will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. You will be responsible to conduct theoretical & practical training of the trainees as per CS of SICIP.
∎ 2. You will collect trainees and motivate them to continue training till the end of the course.
∎ 3. You will come to the office at 8.45 AM and will be available up to 5.00 PM and beyond, if necessary.
∎ 4. You will maintain a fixed asset register of your trade and will be responsible for the physical presence of the assets.
∎ 5. You will maintain registers of learning materials & first aid.
∎ 6. You will prepare sessional requirement of Training Materials (TTM) of your Trade.
∎ 7. You will maintain the receiving & issuing register of TTM in a proper way.
∎ 8. You will make use of the projector in the classroom whenever needed.
∎ 09. You will be responsible for conducting formative assessments and maintaining documents of those properly.
∎ 10. You will prepare documents for summative assessment.
∎ 11. You will maintain a congenial class room environment.
∎ 12. You will cooperate with the Center in charge in all respects.
∎ 13. You will avail of leave facilities after obtaining prior approval.
∎ 14. Your job will be administered by the rules of SICIP-REHAB Program as mentioned in the Business plan.
∎ 15. You will perform any other duty assigned to you by the Center in charge, and the Chairman, JP Technical Training Center Standing Committee, Cox's.Bazar..
