- Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil/Electrical with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in the construction sector.
- Diploma in Civil/Electrical with at least 07 years’ experience as an instructor in a skills training institute or they should have 07 years working experience in industry.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in the construction sector.
