Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Strategic Projects, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related functions.
Proven experience in CAPEX management, project execution, contract management, supplier development, and indirect procurement.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness, feed, food, or process industries will be an added advantage.

Major Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal customers, consultants, and vendors to identify business needs, develop solutions, and plan projects and budgets accordingly.
Lead the team to deliver CAPEX, repairs, maintenance, and strategic projects in a cost-efficient, time-bound, safe, and compliant manner.
Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials and services, including capital machinery, engineering spares, consumables, construction projects, and electro-mechanical works.
Enable the team to identify, evaluate, develop, and select suppliers and contractors based on quality, cost competitiveness, service capability, and reliability.
Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable commercial terms, competitive pricing, and optimum value for the organization.
Establish and maintain project-based and long-term contracts to ensure product and service availability, cost effectiveness, compliance, and business continuity.
Identify competency gaps and learning needs of team members and develop them through structured on-the-job and off-the-job training interventions.
Drive Manufacturing Excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of best practices in project management and procurement processes to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, cost optimization, and governance.
