Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead QA Efforts: Oversee and manage all QA activities, including manual and automated testing, to ensure the Carelogix Web App meets the highest quality standards.
∎ Develop Testing Strategies: Design and implement a robust automated testing strategy, including selecting tools, frameworks, and processes that align with the project’s needs.
∎ Test Planning & Execution: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the development, product management, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and accurate testing of new features and updates.
∎ Issue Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and track bugs and issues; work with the development team to prioritize and resolve them efficiently.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their roles.
∎ Experience: At least 3 years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on web applications. Experience leading QA teams is highly desirable.
∎ Skills: Expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Python Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit); strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
∎ Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), API testing and documentation (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
∎ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

∎ As the Lead QA Engineer for the Carelogix Web App, you will be responsible for leading the QA efforts and developing a comprehensive strategy plan for automated testing. You will work closely with our development team to identify potential issues, create test plans, and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality software. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the reliability and performance of our application.
