∎ Organize care activities of a special department / hospital according to hospital policies and service needs.
∎ Providing advice on improvement

∎ Attitude change
∎ Team work
∎ On being in charge
∎ Analyzing & evaluating effectiveness and care as well as making suitable recommendations.
∎ Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of existing physical environment
∎ Ensure that a high standard of care is maintained at all times

Additional Requirements:
∎ Maintains good interpersonal relations with all departments in the hospital.
∎ Guiding, teaching and inspiring the nurses.
∎ Good technical knowledge and skills.
∎ Ability to assist in planning.
