Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Frontend Development: Oversee and manage the development of frontend architecture, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
∎ UI Development: Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code using React.js and TypeScript.
∎ API Integration: Develop and manage complex integrations with Django Restful APIs and other third-party services.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to implement and optimize user interfaces and ensure a cohesive product vision.
∎ Component Design: Develop modular and scalable components and libraries that can be used across multiple applications.Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring responsive design across all devices.
∎ Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on testing, code reviews, and ensuring quality standards are met.
∎ Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their technical skills.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
∎ Experience: 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js, TypeScript, and API integration. Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript, and experience with Django Restful APIs. Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Git).
∎ API Integration: Extensive experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs, particularly Django Restful APIs.
∎ Design Understanding: Experience working with design teams and tools such as Figma or Sketch to translate designs into high-quality code.
∎ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user experience and performance.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
