Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture from reputed public/private institute specializing in Urban Landscape and Lighting. Any degree on Landscape Design is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe Photoshop, AUTO CAD, Excellent operating skills over MS Office, LUMION, SketchUp, VRAY
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare landscaping proposals, site grading plan for under construction site for beautification purpose.
∎ To prepare landscape Design Report: design principles, outdoor spaces, recreation spaces, art, sustainability, planting and surface. Including existing vegetation, landforms, external circulation routes and connection, surrounding developments.
∎ Design open areas and detailed Landscape which is integrated with the site planning, layout & lighting design.
∎ Plant selection and give specification for growing media.
∎ Roof design with lighting and plumbing.
∎ Meeting with clients, engineers and landscapes (vendors) to explain project.
∎ To select materials bases on clients desire, budget and climate parameters.
∎ To conduct on site impactions to ensure adherence to final plan.
∎ To research and analyses to introduce new design trend in bti.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Hard working and meticulous with time management skills.
∎ Looking for developing professionally in this sector and committed to detailing and practical applications of design.
∎ Good Interpersonal skill
Salary: Negotiable
