Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Architecture,Autocad,Landscape Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing landscaping sketch plan.
∎ Expert having major in plant breeding.
∎ Able to implement the requirements of the specification.
∎ Having knowledge and able to guide for site preparation.
∎ Experience in Rooftop gardens/intensive green roof, work implementation, guiding and monitoring.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Total work experience at least 10 years (Compulsory).
∎ Experience in Construction/Engineering field at least 7 years (Compulsory).
∎ Must have experience of working in at least three (02) Building construction projects (Compulsory).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (In English)
∎ Experience of working in a foreign company (Japanese) will get preference.
