Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To see overall Land Management (i.e. Deed, Parcha, Map, Mousa, Mutation, and other related documents.
∎ Assist management to buy new Land from the Seller without any dispute.
∎ Liaison with RAJUK, DCC, WASA, and other related government agencies
∎ Land information collection & handles with land media.
∎ Keep good communication with landowners and collect deed and other documents for vetting.
∎ Able to understand the land papers before purchase as per chain of titled.
∎ Arrange measurement of land which is proposed to purchase.
∎ prepare proposed and feasibility report for procuring new land.
∎
