Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Minimum Graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Germents, Spinning, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, supervise and oversee attendance of factory workers.
∎ Generate salary sheet, Pay Slip, etc.
∎ Maintain accurate records of Personal file according to government compliance requirements.
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave encashment bill, festival bonus bill etc)
∎ Supervise disbursement of salary in cash to workers & staff if and when required.
∎ To develop and improve labor administration in accordance to the factory policies.
∎ To Look after Safety, health and welfare programs like housing, recreation and sanitation services, as provided under the law for the time being in force.
∎ Look after different benefit like : Canteen, rest room, baby care, toilet facility, drinking water facility etc.
∎ Helping workers to get leave.
∎ Look after health and safety issue of the company.
∎ Social and recreational benefits and welfare related matter.
∎ Active role on development of working condition, life standard and welfare.
∎ Orientation training for all newly joined employee.
∎ Workers education standard development
∎ Advise and assist to management and workers regarding implementation of laws and regulation.
∎ Communicate with factory medical officer regarding better treatment facility for workers.
∎ Initiate to develop a good relationship between workers and owner.
∎ Discussion with owner and worker’s representatives on salary and job conditions.
∎ Take initiative to resolve for in case of any misunderstanding between workers and owner.
∎ Understand worker’s opinion. Help workers and owner to remove misunderstanding.
∎ Immediately bring in to notice to management if individual or group of people has claim regarding any issues.
∎ Establish a communication bridge and discussion program in between management and workers to create a helpful relation.
∎ Conduct different training for workers.
∎ Day to day communication with the worker to identify any on job and off job problem.
∎ Conduct absenteeism counseling to identify employee problem, prepare report and send it to management on daily basis.
∎ Any other task assign by management and superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
