Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Diploma in Medical Technology

• BSc, MSc would be advantage

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 28 years

• Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (especially in Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to supervise and train team members
• Problem-solving attitude

• Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures. Assist histology and necropsy laboratories attending client`s needs by investigating and establishing new techniques and improving current ones.

• Prepares blood, plasma, and platelets for transfusions by conducting blood group, type, and compatibility tests. Identify and interpret a range of chemistry reactions in slides and culture samples.

• Interpret laboratory finding and diagnosis to patients. Supervise and manage pathology, microbiology(bacteria culture and sensitivity test) and biochemistry laboratory.

• Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control and hazardous waste policies and protocols; following identification procedures.

• Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials

• Check the quality of print production by conducting Print Durability test & also check all accessories quality by the conduct different test.

• Maintains patient confidence and protects the hospital by keeping information confidential.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• A professional approach must be adopted with all patients, staff and visitors.

• Responsible for providing medical service for out- in door patients.

• Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
