Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Lab medicine
∎ Skills Required: Good comunication skill, Risk Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and judge effectiveness of LAB operation, utilization of employees and supplies, and general ethical
∎ and professional atmosphere is maintained
∎ Oversee work schedules for the lab technicians daily to ensure proper coverage
∎ Oversee Organizing the leaves and vacations to ensure an enduring lab coverage
∎ Direct location lab technicians to ensure proper guidance and training to lab technicians in their daily tasks and
∎ monitoring their performance on a regular basis and minimize wastage of reagents
∎ Validating the daily quality control
∎ Coordinating lab tests' referral and checking their bills
∎ Supervising requested lab tests making sure that all requested tests were performed
∎ Finally validating all lab reports. Double Check the lab results when ready, until we make sure of all systems
∎ competency (Verifying the accuracy of tests)
∎ Establish new operation standards for cost containment, quality, safety, and complete on-time delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Critical Thinking
∎ Management by walking around
∎ Quality management skills
∎ Operational management and good communication with operation managers
∎ Managing budgets skills
Salary: Negotiable
