Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of laboratory experiments.

• Familiar with the common tools and equipment used in the laboratory.

• Sound knowledge on health and safety.

• Self-motivated, time management skills; must possess the ability to work under pressure.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Computer literacy is essential.

Pharmacy is a multidisciplinary subject which comprises many subjects of different disciplines and the demand for Pharmacy Graduates is increasing rapidly in academic and research institutions, pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, and other healthcare related institutions both at home and abroad. In order to prepare students for employment as integrated members of the healthcare system, we offer a 4-year, bi-semester B. Pharm program. • Design and execute laboratory experiments according to the approved syllabus, lab manuals, and procedures.

• Provide quality instruction and proper laboratory protocols, procedures, and techniques to the students.

• Maintain a safe laboratory environment and ensure proper handling of waste materials.

• Maintenance of laboratory equipment (machines and glassware).

• Inventorying chemicals and equipment of all laboratories.

• Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

• Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.

• Perform research experiments and organize results according to supervision of the faculty members.

• Maintain Calibration of equipment`s & validation of existing experiments.

• Maintain log books.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department.
