Responsibilities & Context:
∎ সম্পত্তি এবং বাসিন্দাদের সুরক্ষা: সম্ভাব্য হুমকি থেকে সম্পত্তি এবং বাসিন্দাদের সুরক্ষিত রাখা
∎ শুধুমাত্র অনুমোদিত লোকেরা নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় প্রবেশ করতে পারে তা নিশ্চিত করা
∎ টহল: নিয়মিতভাবে সম্পত্তি টহলজরুরী পরিস্থিতিতে সাড়া দেওয়া: জরুরী অবস্থা এবং ঘটনার প্রতিক্রিয়া, যেমন প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা প্রদান বা নিরাপত্তার জন্য লোকেদের নির্দেশনা দেওয়া
∎ নিরাপত্তা প্রোটোকল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ: নিরাপত্তা সরঞ্জাম এবং যন্ত্রপাতি সঠিকভাবে কাজ করছে তা নিশ্চিত করতে পরীক্ষা করা
∎ দ্বন্দ্ব সমাধান: শান্ত এবং পেশাদার পদ্ধতিতে বিরোধ বা দ্বন্দ্ব পরিচালনা করা
∎ পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং রিপোর্টিং: সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং রিপোর্ট করা
∎ নিরাপত্তা পরীক্ষা: আগুনের ঝুঁকির মতো নিরাপত্তার ঝুঁকির জন্য নিয়মিতভাবে প্রাঙ্গণ পরীক্ষা করা
∎ গ্রাহক পরিষেবা: দর্শকদের তথ্য এবং দিকনির্দেশ প্রদান করা
