∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential leads
∎ Promote Symlex VPN's products and services
∎ Build and maintain a database of contacts
∎ Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service
∎ Achieve weekly and monthly targets
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven at least 1 year experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary : 15K-25K (Based on Experience) + Sales Incentive.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
