Elevator, Lift Installation , Lift Maintenance, Lift Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solve any elevator problem and take control measures accordingly.
∎ Attend and perform any type of complex mechanical and electrical work including modernization of elevators.
∎ Visit ongoing projects and improve the quality of lift services.
∎ Take the final measurements of the project, prepare the report and present it to the Head of the department for approval.
∎ Provide proper advice over the phone for subordinates to perform any work and solve it by attending in person if necessary.
∎ Attend meetings with the sales team for technical briefings.
∎ Perform other duties as directed by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Possess good interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent in written and verbal communication.
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Sound in analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good in time management.
∎ Self-motivated and self-managed.
∎ Effective prioritization and execute tasks under pressure
