Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Applicants should have a minimum CGPA 3.00 In Scale of 4.00
∎ Student From Government Polytechnic Institute Get Highly Preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and monitoring of the progress of the project site
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining a checklist and appropriate procedures by design and drawings
∎ Preparing a project estimate for site materials and coordination for materials delivery on time
∎ Work planning, budget preparation and time to time meeting and reporting to higher management
∎ Supervise & monitor regular activities of a construction site, estimation of budget, prepare & verify bills, report regular progress of work to superior.
∎ Estimate materials as per requirement.
∎ Archiving & maintaining site documents.
∎ Checking of work volume & bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Follow-up of civil works & safety issues.
∎ Adaptable & able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Check site materials quality & volume.
∎ Project construction schedule, supervision & activity management.
∎ Bill checking as per completed work as per given design & quality.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.
