Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile in Automobile
∎ High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in motorcycle mechanics is a plus.
∎ Prior experience in a similar role or a strong passion for motorcycles and mechanical work.
∎ Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, including engine systems, electrical systems, and suspension.
∎ Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in motorcycle servicing and repairs.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
∎ Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
∎ Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
∎ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spare Parts Management
∎ Stock Management
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Client handling
∎ Inspect motorcycles to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
∎ Write the diagnosis issues on the job card or job card writing.
∎ Price quotation making according to the job card
∎ Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and perform necessary repairs.
∎ Assist in the installation and testing of new motorcycle accessories or components.
∎ Ensure that all service and repair tasks are completed within the specified timeframes.
∎ Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
∎ Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
