∎ Skills Required: Automobile Engineering, Communication, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Service Engineer

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Engineering, Computer skill, Motorbike industry, motorcycle driving
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth daily operation of service & spare parts sales for motorcycles.
∎ Monitor mechanics & local parts shop operations to ensure optimum customer service.
∎ Communicate with management & service section regarding product quality, warranty, operation, promotional activity, and daily service activity.
∎ Work on continuous product development and overcome market major critical failures.
∎ Ensure service & spare parts availability at customers' doorsteps.
∎ Visit the field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces & customer satisfaction.
∎ Perform routine maintenance services
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
∎ Inspect and test ride vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
∎ Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide repair recommendations.
∎ Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
∎ Collaborate with senior service engineers to identify and resolve complex issues.
∎ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
∎ Continuously update knowledge of two-wheeler technology and repair techniques

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience in the motorcycle after-sales service industry will be preferred.
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
