Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ A Degree/ Diploma in Early Childhood Education. (Foreign Degree Preferable)
∎ Skills Required: teaching

∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Curriculum/ Program Development, Education Research, Teaching/ Training, TOT (Training of Teachers)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply curriculum knowledge and teaching methods that facilitate successful learning.
∎ Develop and maintain good working relationships.
∎ To ensure that children and young people play a meaningful and active role in learning that can truly reflect their interests, needs, and enthusiasm.
∎ Provide a balanced and challenging program relevant to the needs of the students.
∎ Assisting in aligning the Early Years Foundation Stage(EYFS) curriculum standards.
∎ Monitoring student performance together with the classroom teachers and specialist teacher.
∎ To ensure all program activity is carried out with due regard to health and safety and the safeguarding of children and young people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ We prefer candidates who are goal-oriented and can handle jobs under pressure.
∎ Complete one curriculum project during the training program, including developing an original lesson plan, delivering the material, and evaluating the results.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Possess a strong Passion for teaching young children. Only for those serious in imparting knowledge to children of our future.
