∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ We are looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated, proactive and reliable Project/ Site Engineers to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising & executing construction of building project including pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction.
∎ Should be familiar with Project Management and Operation, Maintenance of Construction Site and Designing.
∎ Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Complying building regulations, standards and by-laws enforced by Building Regulatory Acts.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in office package.
∎ Should be able to manage high quality residential/commercial building construction works.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be honest, dynamic, hardworking & proactive.
∎ Candidate must have experiences in renowned Real Estate/ Developer company.
Salary: Negotiable
