Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Jr. Production Engineer will contribute to the creation of competitive costings.
∎ Create accurate BOM'S and technical drawings.
∎ Monitor KPIs and ensure specific targets are achieved and identifying trends and corrective actions and improvements.
∎ Responsible of estimating manufacturing labor time for new builds.
∎ Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
∎ Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor required.
∎ Train, supervise, and manage production line workers.
∎ Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Generating the required production documentation.
∎ Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
∎ Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.
∎ Maintenance & service for production machinery.
∎ Regularly report on Department Head & In charge.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 0-2 years of experience in production.
∎ Presenting technical information.
∎ Good machinery equipment maintenance.
∎ Production planning.
Salary: Tk. 11000 (Monthly)
