Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the overall store of working area.
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of materials.
∎ Maintain the proper identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Receive store materials (Row accessories materials, packaging materials etc) from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval.
∎ Monitor unloading and loading area with proper safety.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement.
∎ Issued materials as per consumption.
∎ Any other work to be assigned by the management as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Must be know the work of ERP/SAP Software.
Salary: Negotiable
