∎ Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to inspect the quality of the delivered products/services as per pre-defined quality guidelines by Operations Head.
∎ Build up business relationship with all local suppliers and with foreign suppliers in positive manner.
∎ Handling all Import related activities
∎ Develop negotiation power in order to save cost of goods.
∎ To follow-up on delivery schedule mentioned in approved PO/WO/Contracts from PDCU
∎ To ensure that delivery is done in compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in those PO/WO/Contracts as well as in the Group Procurement Manual
∎ Upon successful receive, issue a compliance/completion certificate and forward the same to PDCU for their reference and action.
∎ In case of non-compliance against a delivery they will immediately inform the PDCU with all supporting documents and evidences to take necessary actions
∎ Check and verify rates and documents from user and Spot Purchase or location wise delivery.
∎ Control Wastage due to over stocking
∎ Procurement planning to be done every quarter based and global stock report of Imported & local items
∎ Build up the effective relationship with the concerned Internal departments in order to ensure Payment schedule is submitted to Finance on time and ensure payment is made to respective suppliers as per agreement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must
Salary: Negotiable
