Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as part of the construction management team, reporting to the Project Manager/ Sr. MEP Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the project relating to building services.
∎ To ensure that the day-to-day duties by manpower and sub-contractors, perform own duties as MEP Jr engineer professionally and expeditiously to support the ongoing activities and upcoming activities to achieve the required progress of the project, and timely completion of the project as per programme.
∎ Coordination with civil team and to get the work front as required to complete MEP works on priority, coordination and report to Sr MEP Engineer for required materials, manpower and other issues.
∎ Speak, write and read English frequently, and able to deal to local manpower and subcontractors as per local practices.
∎ Have good project administration and management skills.
∎ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
∎ Completed similar kind of project at least 1, as site supervisor or MEP engineer, technical qualification 3 years diploma or 4 years degree course in Mechanical.
∎ Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software, MS office and CAD.
∎ Follow best HSE practices at Site as per HSE manual and make sure site execution is going on incident/accident free, assist S. MEP engineer in developing HIRA of all MEP activities and implement at Site.
∎ Prepare progress reports, material requirements under guidance of the Site coordinator / Sr MEP Engineer.

∎ Experience in a similar field will be preferred
