Job Context:
∎ The Junior Instructor is responsible for oversight of the following :
∎ Execute Plan with Departmental Head, Vice Principal (HTI) & Principal.
∎ Supervise, Class Monitoring, coordinate and evaluate the activities of HPTI.
∎ Keeping good coordination with all departments or Projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to take class (Theory & Practical) at least 6 to 7 periods (as per class routine) at each working day.
∎ Have to take class (off period) in absence of any teacher.
∎ Have to prepare semester/lesson plan for your teaching subjects (both Theory & Practical)
∎ Make sure to examine the answer scripts of your examination subjects.
∎ To be experienced to teach at related subjects.
∎ Make sure to prepare result sheets & tabulation sheets.
∎ Ensure advertisement for the admission of HPI students & make sure to fill up targeted students in your technology.
∎ Have to set up positive minded in any subjects and
∎ Any other special responsibilities as assigned by your reporting authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Priority will be given to teaching experience in any polytechnic institute (Authorized by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, Dhaka).
∎ The candidate must have to honest, non-smoker & hard worker.
∎ The candidate should have mentality to work extra work.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 9000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The eligibility to become a permanent staff of CSS is subject to his/her satisfactory performance during probation period (Six months from the joining date). After being permanent other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like: provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
