Education:

• Diploma Engineering in related technology ( Computer/Electronics) with minimum CGPA-3.00 from any reputed institute.

• Age At most 40 years

• Priority will be given to the candidates having teaching experience in any BTEB registered polytechnic institute;

• Proficient candidates in web development will be given priority;

• The candidate should be expert in conducting practical class;

• Computer literacy is essential;

• Male candidates with valid driving license will be given preference.

CSS Hope Polytechnic Institute (HPI) is a renowned diploma training institute in Khulna. Established in 2011 HPI provides "Diploma in Engineering" in 5 technologies: civil, electrical, mechanical, computer and textile engineering. We are looking for dynamic and qualified Junior Instructor- Computer & Junior Instructor- Electronics who will work closely with Head of the department, Vice Principal & Principal of the institute.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical classes for at least 6-7 periods (as per class routine) in each working day;

• Conduct proxy classes in absence of any Instructor;

• Prepare semester/lesson plan (both theoretical & practical);

• Examine and review the answer scripts of all examinations ;

• Prepare result and tabulation sheets;

• Carry-out necessary advertising activities for admitting target number of students;

• Contribute to the annual planning of the institute;

• Attend meeting, seminars or training program if required;

• Look after the welfare of the students;

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor classes;

• Maintain good relationship and communication with other departments and projects;

• Any other special task as assigned by the supervisor/higher authority

After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
