∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Submit booking at our system and submit carrier booking after secure the cargo.
∎ Share booking details with shipper and carrier for further shipment process.
∎ Based on shipper’s or agent requirement, I have to submit carrier booking.
∎ After getting confirmation from HBL draft, then we have to submit SI at carrier portal.
∎ Have to submit VGM at carrier portal before 24hrs of feeder sailing.
∎ Communicating with customer regarding cargo handover update and guide them about cargo handover at our CFS
∎ Communicating with Our CFS team, about cargo stuffing smoothly in time.
∎ Guide the customer about HBL drafts, shipment advise, payment procedure, document to share with us for subjected shipment.
∎ Keep updated to shipper, Co-loader, destination agent regarding shipment update.·
∎ Prepare Shipping order.
∎ Prepare HBL and MBL drafts & shipment advise
∎ Release HBL to shipper and MBL ( If required) or surrender directly.·
∎ Prepare Shipper invoice, D/N, C/N
∎ Prepare carrier payment requisition
∎ Update all invoice amount at Cargoaim system·
∎ Maintain Good relationship with shipper, Carrier, destination agent and internal & external entities.
∎ Update time to time shipment activities to my line manager
∎ Share immediately, if faces any issue regarding shipment procedure.
∎ Contact with my boss before create D/N, C/N, and pricing issue.
∎ Share log sheet with my boss within weekly and monthly basis.
