Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates who are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and have not completed their graduation yet are also encouraged to apply.
∎ O/A Level background will be given preference.
∎ North South University,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Customer Care
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively manage high call volumes, providing information and directing inquiries.
∎ Ensure operational efficiency by scheduling and confirming appointments while handling client registrations with efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with sales and marketing for phone promotions and respond promptly to voicemail and email inquiries with detailed information.
∎ Uphold high customer service standards to create a positive client impression, and actively monitor and respond to social media messages, engaging with the online community.
∎ Additionally, assist in resolving client concerns by escalating when necessary and maintaining a seamless information flow with teammates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Communication in English, Fluent in English speaking and Writing.
∎ Proficient in handling phone systems and basic computer applications.
∎ Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
