Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily materials accurate storage including materials quality, assurance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision.
∎ Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time
∎ Monthly report preparation according to inventory flow movement.
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of materials.
∎ Maintain inventory and stock of store by using ERP management Software
∎ Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory
∎ Distribute store materials as per approved requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented& released
∎ Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with production, Supply Chain and other concern department regarding inventory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years experience in paint industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store Management/ inventory management, Logistic Management,Operation Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Manufacturing (FMCG).
∎ Honest, proactive, assertive and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Sound knowledge and practical experience in MS Excel and MS Word.
