Job Context:
∎ We are the leading Manufacturers and exporters of shoes/footwear items for 100% export industry in Bangladesh . We are looking for an experienced commercial Officer for commercial Department.
∎ Job Location: Ghonirampur, Taragonj-5420, Rangpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage export/import related works.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Having sound knowledge on Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc of Commercial Department of the company.
∎ Work Order processing & receiving with adding necessary terms & conditions.
∎ Responsible to work for LC opening, checking, verifying & amendment, Documents & record sheet preparing.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with marketing team, concern agencies & factories, merchandising team, commercial team, production people & receive delivery concern both for the industrial & commercial businesses & keep all the records & documents in an update manner.
∎ Must be well conversant in document processing & submission to the party, challan copy collection, checking & delivery & closely follow up of delivery programs.
∎ Co-ordinate with all the unit related to commercial issues & provide them proper feedback. (if any).
∎ Preserve all corresponding records & update accordingly.
∎ Ability to assimilate all jobs relating commercial & perform effectively & efficiently.
∎ Should be well conversant in both verbal & email correspondences.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure and.
∎ To perform any other task given by the management from time to time.
