Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking daily attendance report of the employees.
∎ Updating and maintaining personal file of the all employees.
∎ Carrying out the efficient documentation and filling system (both- hard and soft copy).
∎ Preparing and serving different letters and notices (both in English and Bangla).
∎ Preparing academic calendar.
∎ Preparing daily and monthly report and sending it to the authority.
∎ Ensuring the arrangements of training, workshop, meeting and school events.
∎ Checking the conveyances of employees if required.
∎ Collecting and handling fees from the parents and maintaining report.
∎ Preparing duty roster of the teachers and staffs.
∎ Assisting Senior to any administrative work.
∎ Any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skill.
