Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Billet (Raw material) & Bar (Finished goods) chemical composition test from spectrometer Lab.
∎ Process control parameter (Billet temperature, Actual Unit weight, Mill Speed, TMT water flow rate & pressure) maintain & record.
∎ Bar diameter, Roll cross, Rib flat & surface quality check in every 10-15 minutes.
∎ Tensile test in every 20-30 minutes & Bend test, Re-bend test carried out every 2 hours.
∎ Sample collection in order to maintain best quality.
∎ Shift-in-charge and leadership capabilities.
∎ Over and under diameter bar & insufficient strength bar segregation.
∎ When non-confirming bar is produced, then immediately reported to Production shift-in-charge. If this quality problem is not solved, then it is reported to higher authority. Non-conforming bar separation with color code.
∎ Customers sample preparation & sample test report record to register book.
∎ Universal Testing Machine maintenance after 15 days.
∎ Make proper communication to all other Department.
∎ Keep the working area neat & clean
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher authority for the benefit of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Command in Computer Knowledge.
∎ Sincere, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment.
∎ Self Motivated, sincere, energetic and ability to work under pressure/unusual hours.
