Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture from any recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking of raw materials, purchased materials and received materials in factory and reporting to higher authority.
∎ Checking manufacturing / production process and find out the defects of the process if any.
∎ Ensuring & monitoring every production steps. So that no production passes to the next steps without conforming of quality.
∎ Monitoring the monthly quality performance of every section.
∎ Collecting the QA check sheet every day from responsible department / section.
∎ Approve sample for every product before start mass production.
∎ Reporting the defect & reject products coming out from responsible department / section daily and finding the root cause along with recommendation for corrective & preventive action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
