Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge about HT/LT water system, Heat exchanger, Radiator, Gas module, Air module, Charge Air module and any other auxiliary system which are involved in power plant.
∎ Keep informing the Shift In charge for any abnormality & corrective measures taken by yourself or whether to be done by the shift Engineers presence is required to attend the problem.
∎ Ensure proper handling/taking over the duties among the senior operators of the relieving & the next shift.
∎ Planning and execution of all mechanical related works in gas based Power plant.
∎ Prepare Yearly, Monthly and Daily generation report.
∎ Take necessary action to keep the engines running while providing required auxiliary equipment leading to smooth running of the plant.
∎ To keep sharp watch on the level of all the parameters of Engine.
∎ To write all the relevant events of the shift in the shift log book, including any pending actions to be taken in the next shift.
∎ Should have knowledge about operation and maintenance experience on Rolls-Royce Engine.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge about operation and maintenance experience in Gas based power Plant (Rolls-Royce engine).
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery (Main & Auxiliary).
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in a team.
