Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Experience in road construction (particularly, the concrete cement) will be viewed as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: 2d 3D Design, 2D presentation, Graphic Designing 3D Visualization
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Civil work, Roads and Highways, Supervising
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak in English, without much flaw.
∎ Other important attributes would be: a) Problem-solving and Decision Making abilities, b) Pressure Management, c) Leadership & Team Management Qualities, d) Creativity, e) Interpersonal Communication Skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Starting salary will be negotiable which will be further reviewed after successful completion of an initial 3 months probationary period.

Our company has been engaged with a Singaporean company to use their products, namely; Soil Stabilizer (Terrafirma) construction and repair of roads and ZingaMetall for anti corrosion application using cold-film galvanization technique.
07. Conclusion
Thus, our activities now consist of the following areas: a) Electronic Seal & Lock, providing Wireless Solutions and Electromechanical security solutions. b) Soil Stabilizer, which is based on using plasticizers (special polymers) as an additive to the road-building materials to make an amalgam that increases the longevity of constructed roads. c) Cold Galvanizing, which is a one-component anti-corrosion zinc coating system.

: Please note the following:a) The selected candidate(s) will be sent abroad for approximately 2 (Two) weeks of training to acquire practical knowledge on the application of TerraFirma and its allied fields. The candidate(s) will have to sign a bond of Taka 2 (Two) Lacs, to the effect that he/she will serve the organization (Alif Corporation) for a minimum of 2 (Two) years on return from the training.This is an agreement with the employee to stay with the company for 2 years, if they agree. If he/she leaves before the time then he/she needs to pay for the same.b) Above mentioned training will be arranged when the current pandemic situation has become normal. And will be applicable for the candidate(s) only after completion of their initial 6 (six) months service, subject to management's discretion.
