Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Power, Diploma in Marine
∎ B.Sc on Mechanical/ Marine/ Electrical Engineering from any Public or reputed Private University with CGPA not less than 2.9, experienced in any Diesel/HFO based Power Plant in Bangladesh will be preferred. or
∎ Diploma on Electrical/Mechanical/Power/Marine Engineering from any Government Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have thorough knowledge about all the operating and controls (electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical), Electrical Distribution System, Supervision of running machinery (main and auxiliary) of power plants having generating Engines of each unit capacity 1MW and above including associated machinery.
∎ Should have the knowledge of compliance of generation and dispatch target of the plant.
∎ Should have the comprehensive knowledge on all the piping and electrical systems of the machinery.
∎ To be fully conversant for correct and confident handling of all the control panels in the Control Room and equipment in the Switch Gear Room and Plant's Sub-station.
∎ To be familiar with the fault alarms, running defects and troubleshooting of general nature.
∎ Should be capable consulting Operational & Maintenance for safe operation and trouble shooting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Computer literacy to work on both Excel and Word Files and friendly to work on Internet and Emailing.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
