∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing appropriately.
∎ To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic
∎ information when needed.
∎ To receive, sort & distribute daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
∎ To monitor visitor's logbook and issue visitor card.
∎ To update appointment, meeting calendars and schedule.
∎ To ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
∎ To maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
∎ To execute other official task, assigned by departmental head time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ 2-3 year(s) experience in front desk is required.
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications
∎ Fluency in communications both in English and Bangla.
∎ Sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
∎ Pleasing personality.
∎ Good appearance and pleasant voice
