Job Context:
∎ Department : Product Management Department (PMD)
∎ Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New product launching
∎ Co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management
∎ Design and allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products
∎ Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback
∎ Formulate annual budget for assigned products
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan
∎ Planning activities and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness to customer
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference & CME
∎ Frequently doctor and field visit for the market development
∎ Train the field force on assigned products
∎ Assist Head of department to make smooth functional work of department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Requirements: 01 to 02 years' Experience in related field will get preference
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English
∎ Proactive, analytical, accountable and result oriented
