∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation 2D/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
∎ 2. Develop concepts and detailed design in 3D modeling for both Interior and Exterior construction work.
∎ 3. Work side-by-side with senior Architects as a team member.
∎ 4. Guide and supervise Design Assistants for construction drawings and shop drawings.
∎ 5. Assist in preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
∎ 6. Supervise ongoing work periodically.
∎ 7. Assist in Interior designing and budgeting.
∎ 8. Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Supply Chain Management as
∎ 9. required to ensure work is completed at the site as per schedule. 10. Periodic site visits to collect information, take photographs, providing on the spot decisions as required.
∎ 11. Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as and when required.
∎ 12. Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ 13. Coordinate with Clients regarding design-related issues.
∎ 14. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
