∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing product designs from scratch.
∎ Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
∎ Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software.
∎ Must have skill at developing concepts and understanding the detailed design, floor plans, elevations, and sections and drawing.
∎ Must have Sound Knowledge in Modern Architectural, Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Prepare the interior and exterior design for all kinds of Office, Home, Shop etc.
∎ Must have capability about production design of interior and exterior.
∎ Capable of preparing BoQ.
∎ Project Design with Auto CAD, Sketch up/3d Max, Lumen/V-ray, Photoshop and Illustrator for project visualization and documentation.
∎ Create visually appealing presentations, including renderings and 3D models.
∎ Communicate the design concept, layout, and material choices to the client.
∎ Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately.
∎ Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to discharge the responsibility within deadline as set by the team leader.
