Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Developer Real Estate Building Construction as a Project Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ • Set, distribute and achieve KPI on regular project basis to achieve the goal.
∎ • Check the bills of qualities submitted by the contractors
∎ • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach agreements in favor of firm.
∎ • Help finance team to prepare the invoice as well as collect the GR on timely basis.
∎ • Having knowledge on different authority permission as well as approval process.
∎ • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
∎ • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
∎ • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
∎ • Prepare Weekly, Monthly reports of each project and share it to the concern team mates.
∎ • Identify project challenge and document the solutions as per requirements.
∎ • Having ability to take decision on pressure environment.
∎ • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate detail responsibilities
∎ • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
∎ • Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
∎ • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
∎ • Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Proven experience as construction project manager
∎ • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
∎ • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
∎ • Good knowledge of MS Office
∎ • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
∎ • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
∎ • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
∎ • A team player with leadership abilities
∎ • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

Salary: Negotiable
