Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Civil work, Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Social Media Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Build a strong team work to achieve targeted Marketing plan as well as sales.
∎ • Should maintain liaison with Finance to realize credit from respective clients/organizations on a timely manner
∎ • To lead the technical team as well as maintain KPI to achieve the sales goal.
∎ • Share the monthly budget of the respective team on first week of each month.
∎ • Capability to collect latest Marketing & sales intelligence to develop a dynamic marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ • Overall responsibility for Branding and corporate sales.
∎ • Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals and look for prospective customers.
∎ • Maintain profile of existing clients as well as plan to develop new clients on regular basis.
∎ • Ability to perform project feasibility and reflect the project goal to the management.
∎ • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique value propositions and differentiation.
∎ • Manage, track, report and present program budgets and submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
∎ • Research, analyze, and monitor various environmental factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
∎ • Develop technical approach and methodology, work plan part of the project proposal.
∎ • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials and marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ • Research, analyze, develop, Implement and manage digital marketing plan and strategy
∎ • Developing Digital Marketing content and Budget
∎ • Plan some daily activities and achieve those activities on daily basis.
∎ • Plan and execute all online marketing programs and promote content through multiple channels, including but not limited to: paid media like Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Quora, Instagram, Email, Google+ and Reddit.
∎ • Measure ROI and KPI
∎ • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
∎ • Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 32 years+
∎ • Having knowledge on Construction related sales,
∎ • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on verbal and written. Having strong negotiation, diplomacy and team work experience;
∎ • Excellent presentation, & negotiation skill is mandatory
∎ • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and having a clear picture on those tools.
∎ • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
∎ • Ability to work effectively in a team and/or independently under stress/pressure.
∎ • At least 10 year(s)+ experience

Salary: Negotiable
