Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design, Plan, detailed working drawings, 3D visualization, site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per the guidance of the project architect.
∎ Teamwork with consultants In-house Architects, Civil Engineers & maintain the coordination between the architectural and engineering team.
∎ Should have the quality to work with a design team or any other work assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare detailed working drawings of the interior & exterior design of different types of buildings.
∎ Perform any other tasks, Periodic supervision, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Software Skill: MS Office, Auto CAD, LUMION, Sketch up, etc.
∎ Sufficient & adequate technical knowledge
∎ Visit Construction Sites and supervise.
∎ Attend Client Meetings.
Salary: Negotiable
