Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the earliest member of REHAB in Bangladesh for quality in service, design and construction of buildings. Over the years, we have expanded our operations from Dhaka to Chattogram. The private limited company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company is also part of a group of companies which also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ As a Junior Architect, He will be responsible for all architectural design & Drawing, Assist and closely work with Chief Architect & Consultants to ensure that all Design & Drawings meet the necessary standards.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior Design, conceptual building design (Architectural Design, site inspection Structural Drawing, Detail Drawing, Working Drawing. Electrical Drawing, Plumbing Drawing.)
∎ Capable to handle a project individually from Design, documentation with specification.
∎ Develop a relationship with the Employer to facilitate the communication between the design team, Owner and construction team to ensure all the Employers requirements, the Prime Contract and RFP documents are met.
∎ Communicate with different Govt. agencies e.g. RAJUK, DESA, DESCO, WASA etc. for drawing approval & handover those to logistic department.
∎ Responsible for providing architectural leadership for the project in a multidisciplinary professional en
∎ Preparing Shop & Fabrication Drawings.
∎ Exterior Design in 3D Max.
∎ Prepare quotation as per BOQ in Excel File
∎ Saleable area and Gross area calculation for sales & customer dept.
∎ Finding possible design solution guided by management
∎ Log drawing revisions and keep records
∎ To prepare daily and monthly progress report with proper documents
∎ All Design Related Documents & Details
∎ Preparing Project Outline
∎ Any other Task Assigned By the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Architectural & Structural Design & Drawings.
∎ 2D, 3D Studio Max, Interior Design, visualization, Art & Sketch, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Interior Design, Landscape Design.
∎ Should be a member of IAB.
∎ Have to have Behavioral skills on Time Management, Communication, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Professional and Positive Attitude.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired, company may offer higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
