Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily attendance record by using "Kormee Software"
∎ Posting leave application
∎ Keeping up to date of all the employees file
∎ Preparation of appointment and separation documents and payment benefit
∎ Earn leave and bonus payment
∎ Salary processing
∎ Compliance reporting with regulatory bodies
∎ Maintain Daily Petty Cash Management.
∎ Keeping Record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis by using "Tally Software"
∎ Check and ensure that Suppliers Payment are Accurate and all payments are properly authorized and timely made.
∎ Managing cash and bank transactions and Issuing Cheques.
∎ Proper Documentation and file Management.
∎ Capable in handling software-based accounting system (Specially Tally)
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English language
∎ The applicants having experience of using "Tally software" will be preferred
∎ The applicants having experience of using "Kormee software" will be preferred
∎ The applicants having experience in the following areas will be preferred:
∎ Working in Export-Import oriented entities.
∎ Candidate having multiple language skill will be highly appreciated.
Salary: Negotiable
