Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Commerce
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Administration, Banking, Cash and Accounts, Export & Import, Techsavvy, Very good skill in Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ Na
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accountant, Advance Excel, Bank Liaison, Communication skills, Computer skill, Costing, English proficiency
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Importer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate and create Profit/Loss statement
∎ Experience in the export/import industry
∎ Must be familiar with LC and pro-forma Invoice.
∎ Must be able to proof check draft documents from suppliers (training will be provided)
∎ Keep a complete up-to date accounts for every separate trade.
∎ Monitor Shipment dates and update arrival dates of consignments.
∎ Must be comfortable doing banking duties
∎ Must be able to communicate with C&F agents
∎ Calculate costing for products based on tariff and exchange rate (Training will be provided)
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ Must be Technologically Savvy
∎ Must be able to communicate in English
∎ Must be comfortable communicating with foreign delegates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Training will be provided to the desired candidate.
∎ - Candidate must be well organized
∎ - Must be able to keep a proper filing system
∎ - Must pay attention to details
∎ - Must be willing to travel for work
∎ - Must be able to deal with Banks regarding LC
∎ - Must communicate with C&F agents to collect bill of entry and document it.
∎ - Must communicate with company's VAT lawyer to make sure BIN is up-to date.

Salary: Negotiable
