Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper career counseling directly over the phone & face to face with the students and their guardians for further study in Canada.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
∎ Communicating confidently to prospective clients with accurate information.
∎ End-to-end support in documentation and visa processing.
∎ Maintaining good communication with clients, preparing applications for admission into different Canadian universities / maintaining other formalities related to entries with the university's international office.
∎ Showcasing leadership by coaching other teammates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in the same field. (freshers are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Must have an excellent command of English.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Student Counselling, Call Center, Customer Care, and Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry, Leadership, Marketing, and Telemarketing.
∎ Must have excellent analytical skills.
∎ Working Hours: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM)
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM Software) and telephone systems.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
